Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Academy (the "Service"), operated by Internetize.Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Business) begin with a 90-day free trial, after which your selected plan is billed monthly until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the Service.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including lessons, prompts, certificates, and branding — is owned by Internetize.Me or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Certificates awarded to you may be shared for personal professional use.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that learning outcomes or career results will occur.

7. Limitation of Liability (California)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law — including under California law — in no event shall Internetize.Me, its operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, ownership, and disclaimers) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
